Where is our data stored?

All data is stored on servers we operate, inside a tenant space dedicated to your company. Your data remains yours for the duration of the contract and is exported on request.

Can we migrate our existing customer and product data?

Yes. During onboarding we import customers, accounts, products and employees from your Excel/CSV files. The migration is part of the setup service.

How many users does it support?

User and branch counts are set by your plan. When your team grows you upgrade the plan from the panel — there is nothing to reinstall.

Is the mobile app charged separately?

Mobile access is a capability granted by your plan. Plans that include it carry no extra charge; we confirm which plan enables it during the demo.

Can we use our own domain and logo?

Accepted Answer

On plans with white labelling you connect your own domain and define logo and colours per branch. The SSL certificate is issued automatically.

We have multiple branches — can one account manage them all?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each branch has its own statuses, currency, working hours and holiday calendar. Authorised managers switch between branches or report on all of them at once.

Does it work offline?

Pella CRM is cloud-based and needs an internet connection. The mobile app synchronises pending notifications and messages as soon as the connection returns.

Can we end the contract whenever we want?

The subscription renews per period; you can choose not to renew at the end of a period. We export your data when you leave.

Do you build features specific to our processes?
